BMorePunk is a online hub run by and for punks, anarchists, DIYers, makers, and other so-called radicals. It has no ads, no algorithms, and no profit. We just want to help punks connect.

We do not, and never intend to, turn a profit. We are here to help our community connect. Never for the money.

We aim to provide an alternative set of online infrastructure for punks that doesn't rely on the big tech companies that are destroying our communities and our world. We want to stop contributing to further corporate capture of our subculture. We want to remind people that punk is person to person, offline, DIY, independent, radical, and underground.

This project was strongly inspired by the work of The Counterforce and we owe them an enormous debt of gratitude for blazing this trail. If you have any interest in what we are doing here, you should really check them out.

What BMorePunk is not

BMorePunk is not and does not try to be:

  • As easy as Instgram or Tiktok
  • Private or a replacement for Signal group chats
  • A place to go viral or change the world
  • A replacement for IRL organizing and meetups
Hardcore punk will always happen first at shows, in zines, on tapes, and in records.

Do I have to be a punk to join?

No! You do not have to a punk to join! You don't even need to live in Baltimore! We're not here to gatekeep the punk scene. You just need to embrace the punk ethos and have a solid connection to the DMV area.
